The worst hotel, the worst service, price was way to high. Think twice before going to this hotel. I had to ask for eveything. The minimum thing also qas not placed in the room example towel, water, tissues. Online it was mentioned breakfast is included. They didn't provide any breakfast or tea nothing. I wish I could write less than 1 star. But have no option. There two guy in reception. Very unprofessional. The management should teach them how to behave with customers. I DON'T recommend this hotel at all. 0 star from my side. I just wish someone should reach out to me. So i can help the whole details what happened for 2 days. Pathetic experience!!!!!!

I will give a detailed review and you can be the judge. I have stayed in their normal deluxe & premium rooms. Their price range varies between 2000-3000. Normal rooms are spacious. They give you snacks. Other amenities like AC, geyser, cable TV(subject to recharge) are available. The bathroom floor looks a little unclean but it's not that bad. Overall the bathroom is very tidy but I hope they make it even cleaner (especially the floor). Rest room wise it is good. The premium rooms are really spacious and the bed is really comfy. Bathrooms are clean and all the amenities are the same as a normal room. Couple friendly. Widely accepted payment methods. Overall the stay was good. Staff was super friendly and helpful in every way possible. Mineral water, cold drinks and other dry snacks are chargeable at MRP. Food is decent. I don't have photos but definitely for a place like Rourkela and the facilities, it's worth the price

Stay in Room 304 hotel environment good well as we got complimentary tea coffee & some snacks also in the room. Staffs are friendly what our required they provide as. Clean rooms with fresh air. Thank you guys to make our trip a good memory.

Worst service ever!! Do not stay at this hotel. They need you to pay up front during check in (full amount) for all the nights you are expected to stay, without which you won't be given your rooms. We had already paid half the amount as advance, they still didn't give us our rooms. Doesn't matter if the guests are aged, carrying luggage at 11.30 in the night. The kitchen is on the terrace so if it rains slightly, guests won't get food.

Pathetic service. They promise complimentary breakfast but deny on the day giving several excuses. Gyeser is not working properly. You have to pay full cash of your stay at the check-in itself. Water tap is broken and basic necessities like water bucket is not provided.

One of the worst service ever faced by me. No Water at all in the bathroom atleast for 4 hours from morning It was a challenge situation for me, I have to go for my office at 8 o'clock and i was waiting about 9:30 inside the bathroom for the water supply and still there is no water for bathing. Even there breakfast service was also not satisfactory.

They don't have restaurant, and if order Zomato you have to collect it from hotel gate, they won't allow delivery man inside. In room TV not working condition Tap was also faulty
